Apartments for rent near the United Center are newer than the housing stock suggests: mid-rise buildings on Madison and Warren built in the last decade, alongside rehabbed greystone two-flats on Monroe and Adams. Rents run meaningfully below the West Loop for equivalent finishes, which is the district's core rental proposition — game-night noise on arena blocks is the trade every tenant prices in.

Homes for sale skew toward brick two-flats and three-flats — the classic Near West Side investment format — plus new-construction townhomes clustered between Damen and Western. The arena's billion-dollar campus expansion plans have kept land values moving, and two-flat buyers betting on the corridor's trajectory have generally been rewarded over the past decade.
