Country Club occupies the high ground between Dundee and Benson, a 1920s district of brick Tudors and Colonials laid along the boulevard system that links Happy Hollow toward Fontenelle. The neighborhood's name remembers the golf grounds it replaced, and its blocks remain among the most architecturally consistent of Omaha's between-the-wars expansion.

Apartments for rent in Country Club are few — corner buildings and converted flats on the district's edges — with the real rental adjacency sitting along Benson's Maple Street corridor minutes north.
